THE CONCEPT

As the name suggests POWER TOONS is a production company focused on powerful animation for film, television and new media. POWER TOONS has always been about strong characters for film script, design and motion projects that are worth developing, producing and financing.

POWER-TOONS was established by Michael Schwertel in 2007, receiving a grant through AV-Gründerzentrum NRW, an organization supporting audio-visual media start-ups. POWER TOONS is based near Cologne, Germany and backed by blurmedia’s formidable network of experienced freelancers.
